Description: Sting is a popular institution in Stavanger - a cafe with great coffee and chocolate cake, a popular pub, and also a nightclub downstairs. Faintly arty, with art for sale on the walls. It used to be full of pale white ladies all dressed in black, but I think they're in a cartoon now. You can justify the cake with the walk up the hill to get there.

Directions: Wander through town towards the fire watch tower - Valbergtårnet - overlooking the main harbour. Sting is at the top of the hill as you get there.
