Restaurant description: Tango opened in 2003 and has been very popular from the start - beginning with an excellent stall at the Gladmat festival. Not easy to get a table, and the reason is clear - really good food made on the day with fresh ingredients by great cooks. The menu is limited because it is created new different every day.

Location description: Tango is in central Stavanger, with views over the main harbour. It is just a few metres from the fish market and Domkirken (the cathedral)

Directions: From the fish market, walk towards the international ferry terminal and gamle Stavanger (on the west side of the harbour). It is about 50 metres along on the left.
