Fruit and Salmon festival Hjelmeland, Ryfylke

Norsk Frukt og Laksefest is the annual party in Hjelmeland - a small town in the Ryfylke area north east of Stavanger.
A word of warning: although this festival apparently runs from Friday to Sunday, if you come on the Sunday (as we did) it is all over! Like many similar events, Saturday is the day to go.
