Description: Idsoes is probably the best butcher in the whole region. It is very popular, and you get good service as well as good produce. The choice is expanding all the time.

Location description: This is in central Stavanger, on the main shore-line road, between the oil museum and the fast boat and Tau ferry terminal.

Directions for getting there: From the Tau ferry terminal, turn right along the road towards the oil museum and vaagen (the main harbour). The shop is on the left side of the road, across from Blaamagasin, the shopping centre.
