DFDS
Seaways is a Danish group, with two of its routes stopping at Norwegian
ports. It has recently (November 2006) taken over and developed
the Newcastle England to Stavanger, Haugesund and Bergen route previously
operated by Fjordline.

Basic information
DFDS Seaways operates
a network of ferry routes across northern Europe, including England
to Holland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden; Norway to Sweden, Denmark
and England.
This route (from November
2006) by the "Queen of Scandinavia"
has two round-trips to the UK in the winter and three in the summer.
Copenhagen
- Helsingborg - Oslo
The M.S. Crown and the
M.S. Pearl of Scandinavia provide a daily service in each direction
on this route.
Gothenberg
- Kristiansand - Newcastle
This route was discontinued
in October 2006
